A beauty entrepreneur and agricultural based business woman as agriculture is the backbone of Uganda's economy. • Over Twenty years of management experience in development work both in public sector, private sector and non-state actors. • Extensive experience in coordinating preparation of national development plans in collaboration with nation-wide stakeholders • Extensive Strategy preparation and Execution including over 60 Agencies of Government. • Experience working with people (as a team), leading a team and dealing with high profile personalities such as the Presidency, government Ministers, Ambassadors, Members of Parliament, government officials and representatives of international organizations. • Good Grasp of the socio-economic and development context in Africa as part of the New Partnership For Africa’s Development (NEPAD) and African Peer Review mechanism technical support team with in-depth knowledge of Mauritius, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. • Experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of Public Sector policy and programmes, Civil Society Organisations Programmes, and Development Partner supported country programme operations including UNDP, AfDB, DfID, GIZ , Danida, among others. • Good analytical, reviewing, editing and report writing and presentation skills. • Good communication, consensus building, negotiation, networking, and diplomatic skills. • Extensive collaboration and networking with governance institutions in the country in preparing and implementing development programmes: Ministries, Departments and Agencies; Parliament; Local Governments; Civil Society Organisations; Private Sector; Media Houses; and Development Partners. • Capacity to ensure timely production of development results, and monitoring and evaluation of programmes. • Good understanding of decentralization policies and strategies. • Ability to build partnerships and deliver positive results that meet the needs and long-term interests of clients. • Project cycle experience including quality-at-entry, efficiency-at-implementation and quality-at-exit. • Management capability, both financial and human resource management, including identification and motivation of a winning team, and delivering efficiently for effective development results. • Ability to work effectively with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds.

We are three main directors in the Frotextured board. Our directors include me; Hope A Kayeny as the CEO, Silvia Angey Ufoyuru as strategic director and Faith Kisa as a design personnel.
We also have a chemist that helps with production, an operations manager who runs the main salon and oversees packaging and three motorcycle delivery men for deliveries around Kampala and surrounding areas.
